Excellent Service. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I reserved some clothing until payday. The called me when it was in stock (I had to order something in my size) and kept it until i went to collect. The steamed the item to remove any creases so was wearable from day 1.I have now been back several times as the quality is amazing and My biggest draw - the clothes repel dog hair on top of all the other benefits such as SPF factors and insect repellents. Having 4 border collies to walk daily in this gear its a god send.Would recommend to any dog walker or outdoor pursuits adventurer.

Well stocked store. Lots of bargains as there is a sale at the moment. Friendly staff. Always welcoming and helpful.

Visited today for pre ordered items .I received exceptional customer service .Theirs no sales pressure here just logical customer focus .I tried items on but one item was to small staff very professional to re- order next size .I find this Trentham Rohan exceptional in their customer focus absolutely nothing is to much make sure all customers get a very pleasant and professional service.I would recommend this shop for top end clothing experience the material is outstanding in quality and if any issues arise they automatically change or a full refund is offered .Its one of the best shopping experience I have encountered.I am comparing with Manchester Birmingham London all top end clothing shops.Thank you very much to all the staff at Rohan Trentham
