I just wanted to let you know that we were really impressed with the cleaning this week. Your team always do a very good job but the house was particularly messy this time and they left it super clean and tidy. *****

I employed rogue traders Cleaning Fairies" to take care of my student property before it was handed back to the landlord.They did an atrocious job and left the house after just 2 hours of what was supposed to be a 4 hour job.Do not use this business

Do not use this company. Cleaning Fairies are a complete disgrace and embarrassment to the industry. They turned up to the house with nothing more than couple bottles of spray, some scrubbers, a henry hoover and a bad attitude. They failed completely to do any form of cleaning bar hoovering the hallways and stairs. I accept that all companies will employ staff who do the odd bad shift but when we asked for our money back or for some more staff to come and redo the job we paid for we got a massive no" from their head office. I had to spend the best part of my days off cleaning the dirt that they had failed to do clean. I only wish google could give a option where I could leave no stars because they left the house in a worse state than my backside is after a vindaloo and 10 pints. Joking aside though do not hire Cleaning Fairies

We were delighted to be able use Cleaning Fairies again recently after recommending them to so many of our customers, and hearing such positive feedback.The team were able to thoroughly clean and refresh a family member's home in just a few hours, and to such a high standard that we simply could not believe it was the same place!The whole team is always professional, courteous and efficient - we would be happy to recommend Cleaning Fairies to anyone.

Awful company.Charged a crazy rate for just 2 hours of 'cleaning' after stating clearly that they would clean for a minimum of 4 hours. It was clear that they had hardly touched the surface with dirt seemingly hidden and pushed behind the appliances.On trying to contact the company afterwards, they were unresponsive and, after insisting that they were paid upfront, have offered no form of compensation.Just avoid them.

Good and quick. Can blast any area. They bring all their own gear with them.

AVOID CLEANING FAIRIES AT ALL COSTS!!!As we were coming to the end of our tenancy, we required some professional cleaners to provide an end of tenancy clean. After calling a number of different cleaning companies, we opted to use Cleaning Fairies - a decision we now regret immensely. They quoted us a deep end of tenancy clean for £150 however informed us that this did not include cleaning the oven, which would cost us an addition £40. This was something we found very strange as most deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans appear to incorporate this. However, with the cost for the total clean only £150 we opted to pay for the additional oven clean.Upon booking to cleaners, the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone informed me that three cleaners will be sent to clean from 9am to 12.45pm. This did not seem unreasonable, however, a day before the cleaners were due to come I received a text saying the cleaners would be arriving at 9am and leaving at 11.45pm, not what we had agree on the phone. I replied, questioning this and was only then informed an additional cleaner would be sent so the overall man hours wouldn't really change. This should have raised the alarm bells but wanting to avoid causing unnecessary angst between us and the cleaners before the clean we accepted this as just a mistake in communication.Perhaps unsurprisingly, on the day only three cleaners arrived and to say they cleaned for 2 hours would be over stating it. As the pictures will show, they barely scratched the surface of our house. They didn't even attempt to move out appliances, beds or furniture to clean behind them. The oven wasn't deep cleaned, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID AN EXTRA £40 FOR IT!! The cleaners were obsessed with being paid, reiterating constantly that they needed to be paid before 11.30 as they had to leave for another cleaning job. The overall service was a complete disgrace.We challenged them about this, demanded they come back to provide the service quoted or refund us, however, they insisted they had provided the service advertised. So if this is the case and you require professional cleaner DO NOT USE Cleaning Fairies. Their service is anything but deep or thorough and they are anything but professional and a complete rip off!

We called Cleaning Fairies just yesterday and they arranged for a clean today. The house is fairly big but it was done quickly, efficiently and really well. Really reliable, would recommend anyone looking for a cleaner to use them.

We use Cleaning Fairies for a bi-weekly clean at our house. It's always a pleasure to come home to a sparkling house.Cleaning Fairies (Lorand) visited our house when we first got in touch and was realistic about what the time the cleaning would take and what price the cleaning would be.Our only gripe (if we had to have one) is that when we occasionally try to contact Cleaning Fairies to change our alloted date, they are sometimes slow to reply.
