Always found the staff very friendly and helpful, no problem calling additional staff to serve when the queue builds up. Some ranges limited which I know is down to the size of the store. Parking good at the front as well as the side of the store, with the Markeaton pub next door if all spaces taken. Freshly baked bread is a bonus also.

Very busy narrow car park at side not suitable for motorhomes but everything else you would expect from a really decent coop shop

Appalling service. Worst I have ever experienced in a supermarket in my 56 years. Last time to visit this supermarket and will be writing a complaint to the Co-op management

Clear one way lanes for shopping, though not yet enforced. Friendly staff, easy access, decent range of products available.

Great shop, much better than the other convienience stores in the area. Staff always helpful and friendly, but when they run out of stuff, does take a while for them to get back in stock. This seems to be that they are not allowed to advise head office of what they are short of.
