Extremely friendly practice. Very efficient staff. Dentist Deirdre Collins extremly good if you're a bit nervous. She kept me calm whilst taking xrays which I usually have a problem with. Can recommend this practice.

Well, if I can avoid a visit to the dentist I will. But with gouping toothache which painkillers weren't helping, I phoned for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the dentist and dental nurse all put me at my ease. The dentist asked a number of questions to help her get to the root of the issue. She recommended an X-ray and that confirmed I had a gum infection rather than needing work done on my tooth. So the good news was a diagnosis and no drilling, and, if there is bad news a prescription for antibiotics. Thank you Torwood for looking after me.

As always, Lynsey Smith provided excellent care, checking my oral health which is important to me, given I'm a cancer survivor (of tongue cancer). I have always found the atmosphere at the practice to be professional, caring and enables me to feel relaxed. Top job!

Although going to the dentist can be a bit daunting Anya always makes you feel at ease. She is lovely and friendly and makes things easy to understand. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience was exceptional and was put at great ease. As I am very nervous patient when I attend a dentist. Derdrie and her assistant were very professional and gave me reassurance throughout my procedure. This I hope will make my next appointment more relaxed and take away some of fear/panic when I arrive.?!
