Great store that always has what I need, not too big not too small. Can whip round my weekly shop in no time at all, picking up my regulars where I know they'll be. Love the Finest range and Tesco own brand tins, cereal, etc. Way better than high priced brands. Store is always clean and tidy.Checkout staff and self-checkout staff are so helpful, always pleasant. The trolley guys are great and more than once have taken my trolley once I'm done loading the car. Small things like this can make a person's day that much easier.However there is one member of staff at the kiosk that really lets down the face of the store. Unfortunately she never wears a name badge. I suspect this is deliberate. Very blunt, moody, never a thank you, barely a word spoken at times and rude on occasion. I have witnessed this with other customers, not just myself. Sort your attitude out woman, especially when every other member of staff works so hard to be friendly and approachable. You may well be some customers only experience of this store, and you leave a lasting impression for the wrong reasons.

On entering Tesco they have signs asking the customers to please wear face masks and have appropriate stations where you can clean your trolley and hands. It is well laid out and signed, staff are eager to help, extremely efficient and professional. The toilets are clean and checked regularly which is very good. Keep up the good work thank you.

OVER PRICED CAFE, I realize that all businesses need to make money but seriously!!!! £2.15 for a small bottle of fizzy juice???? Your a supermarket for. £4.25 for a toasties no salad crisps or chips ? (To be fair toastie was nice) however pricing is way off. Nipped downstairs to buy juice from the shelf cue from customer service was a cross to the other side meeting cue for self service tills put cans down walked away. Really poor overall impression.

A pleasant experience almost every time we visit, helpful staff, manageable ques and sufficient stock on the shelves and yes neat n tidy customer toilets also disabled toilets too.

They removed the fishmongers and don't have a restaurant. They also used to have a good area that sold just about everything but was removed and replaced with clothing.Morrisons on the other hand have a fishmongers and a restaurant.I only use Tesco in an emergency.

The quality of most own branded products is not great, and fresh produce tends to be very bland, especially fruit.So disappointing, that looks appear to have importance over taste, so items look great, but the quality of flavour is nonexistent, and somehow, getting progressively blander over past 12mths.
