Really friendly staff. There is no pressure put on you to buy and you are left to browse at your leisure. When you need help they will always offer impartial advice and happily organise tets drives etc. The service centre is also top notch, car is ready when they say it will be and always nice and clean. Will definitely return when my lease is due.

Shocking service From start To end ,based in kent we Found this car on Line ,and spoke to the dealership they then done a video of the car , i was a little worried about the service history but sale person made it quite clear that missing 2 years of serving was not a issue ,i have bought many cars and missing a full year would make Manufacturers Warranty Null And Void, he said the body work and Paint work Was Excellent, like a lot of dealers when they are getting your custom they are over you,stuff was added on to the deal we didnt even ask for (this was to help his Commision ).so we got the car at first looks seemed ok ,but after some diggin we found the car was covered in underside rust it looked like a barn find 30 years on ,paint Lacquer was peeling on the front bumper ,rust on the tailgate, and then we notice the car had indeed been involved In a RTA on the drivers Side,panels out of Alignment etc ,shock and angry was a understatement The sales person they now who they are ,reply was what do you expect for a 5 year car with 12,000 miles on , what you want me to check every cm of the paint work ( rudeness is a understatement), we then spoke to arnold clark as the car had a private plate btw done the dealership work here and was told they had indeed done the first 2 services on the car, we also paid £299.00 for diamond brite to be done ,which in our option on testing the paint work was never done . the whole car was covered in Swirl marks,,they car has since been at a main dealers in kent having the work sorted ,i was promised call backs from skoda in darlington never happened , the stress and issue with my mental health That this dealership Has caused is a joke,this car should never of been sold in this condition .i will also now be speaking with Vertu Motors PLC alsoupdate20/5/22New update we have done just 2,200 miles in the car and have now been informed the engine may be busted ,we had a call from the General Manager at Skoda Darlington, his words not mine if you dont take down your social Media post we wont do anything to help or resolve the issue ,trading standards are next

Bought a car in August 2020 and it's been in for repairs more times than I have driven it, I even took £1000 worth of insurances which aren't worth the paper they are wrote on. The manager of the branch I bought it from in Mansfield was so embarrassed that he lent me his own brand new company car for a week while they fixed all the problems. I have done less than 5000 miles since I bought it as I am disabled. Today, I took the car to the car wash and my wife and myself ended up drenched and the car flooded... WATER COMING IN THROUGH THE BULKHEAD. Took it to Bristol St Hartlepool and they sent me to another garage not part of Vurtu, where I was obviously turned away. No one from Bristol St will fix this problem for me,,,,,,,,,, 74 and disabled...YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!!!!! Oh yes, and it is impossible to contact anyone by phone. This is making me very ill and no one cares.

I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY A ROGUE TRADER …UPDATE 22 / 06I've spoken to the dealership manager and he has come up with a plan I am happy withIt would have been better if this didn't happen but I always say if you have a problem and a company sorts the issues out then you know you can have trust in future purchases that if for some reason you have a issue there is no need to worry as the issue will be resolvedI'm not happy at all with this company bought a 2 year old vauxhall insignia from a dealership 3 hours from where I live so with the covid 19 pandemic I didn't go to see the car before I bought it I looked at the pictures and spoke to the salesman who told me the car is lovely and everything is working and nothing is missing or broken and that obviously the car will have some marks here and there I also read all the description online it said the car has a full service history so angry there is no service stamps in the book also in my vauxhall app it also says the car has not had any services done dealership have said it has been serviced and they will supply proof later I'm not holding my hopes up and also if it's not stamped in the book what proof is going to be sent to me??? And is the proof going to be enough if I was to sell the car to say it has a full service history?also the description says the car has heated seatsThe car does not have heated seats at all this was one of the main things I took into account while searching for the vauxhall insignia to purchase I am really disappointed and feel like I've been scamed by a rogue trader and there is more to come yet the puncher repair kit is missing that has now been posted out to meThere is also a broken interior centre console compartment that is going to be fixed and paid for by the dealership but I have to take 1 hour off work to take it to a dealership leave it all day then go back to pick it upAnother thing the drivers seat was soaking wet from where someone had obviously tried to clean it so I got soaked this was way out of order I wasn't told nothing about it and the car had not been cleaned or valeted properly it was still dirty in a lot of places and still a lot of marks and bits all over the inside of the car I have been told by the salesman that he has reported the issue of the heated seats to his manager but he doesn't know what he can do I will have to bear with him as he is really busyso I tried to ring vertu motors to speak to someone from customer service about the horrendous buying experience I have had all I got was leave a message and we will ring you back in 4 hours sometime did ring 2 days later I missed the call he left a message saying I have tried to ring you but he left no contact number for me to ring back and he never said he would try ringing again and he hasn't rung back I've left a message another 3 times with vertu motors customer services but had my call returned once this is my second car from Bristol street motors and both times I've had loads of problems somone needs to resolve the issues I've had this time or this will definitely be the last purchase I will ever make from this company and I'll take my mot's and services to another main dealership who I'm sure will be happy to pick up another customer especially in current economic situation

Service desk team are good but the sales team are nothing but liers that are only interested in sales and will tell as many lies as required to make a sale. The branch manager is not interested in the customer,infact will actually tell you he has more important things to do than talk to customers. Best advice is to buy elsewhere you will probably find the same vehicle or even a newer 1 of same spec thousands of pounds cheaper elsewhere

I bought a second hand car from these people. It is a BMW 2 series and had been used as a demonstrator and so came with a low mileage. I took these people to be genuine. UNTIL I found a thorn had punctured the front nearside tyre. THAT was when I realised that all four tyres had been swapped by Vertu for cheap Chinese tyres. Shortly after that the offside front tyre was losing pressure and when replaced it showed that the tyre walls were cracking up. So I have now had to renew with decent Michelins to undo the fraud perpetrated on me. I am waiting until the rear tyres let me down.You may trust them but i never will..again.

Seriously bad, since moving to Bolton and combining the Land rover dealership the service is beyond bad. Service simply fails to answer the phone or email, I have watched people literally arguing in the service area about issues they are having, it used to be very good service, but something has gone badly wrong.

After travelling over Ayrshire, Dumfries and Galloway and Cumbria looking for cars with no success I was recommended Bristol street buy someone who has previously bought a car from them. I went a look and was seriously impressed with the quality of all cars. The staff were helpful and not too pushy (which had put me off other garages). Would highly recommend to anyone.
