Absolute banger of a tip, the staff are really helpful friendly and nice. Clearly labeled containers, really orderly, containers at floor level they open so you don't always have to lug your stuff up steps. Staff clearly care about what they do as they keep the place swept clean! Great tip, better than Rickmansworth!

Probably best to look at their Web Cam as I went on Monday morning, queued behind 40 cars, luckily it only took about 15 mins to get it. All the stillage are always in different locations ever time you go. Depending on who you speak too, some staff are friendly, some not so much. Donated bits to the shop, the man there didn't seem to keen to take my perfect items, even though your encouraged to recycle. But you can get some good items in the shop to upcycle.

Guided to a parking space that was socially distanced, though no one but me was wearing a mask, everything was easy enough to get to, got sorted, and went on my way. No problems, not crowded, will use again.

Went at around noon today. Yes we had to wait about 35 / 40 minutes but very well organised when we got in.Only downside was the number of dumpers" dithering about. The wait would be half the time if people just concentrated on what they were doing!"

Plenty of space but at the moment only half of the spaces are allowed to be used due to covid. Wait time was 35 mins so not too bad. However the main issue is the employees not wearing masks and not social distancing. Most users of the tip though were wearing masks

I love pottering round this shop and will often wander around just to see what's about. After browsing the empty store on a Sunday afternoon I found a pile of about 200 mouse mats... they were 3 for a pound... but I only had 34p on me. I asked the guy if I could just have 1...as that's all the cash I had on me and they don't accept card payments because the machine is always bugging!Anyway... the guy is like... no... I'll take 50p. I said I only have 34p...I don't understand how people in shops have such little customer service ettiquacy.34p is over a third of a £1... its so pathetic how someone who is supposed by serving customers can be so pedantic over pennies! So instead of 1 sale they get NO SALE plus managed to pour their negative vibes on unassuming customers who have taken the time to visit this establishment!People who hate their lives shouldn't work with the customers. These types of shop servers will try to ruin your day just because they don't have common sense or basic human decency.

Extremely rude staff.White guy, 50-60 of age, skinny, constantly smoking.Sitting in a parked car by the cardboard bin, shouting abuse at people for not socially distancing. Not arguing with the point he was trying to make but you can’t treat people like cattle. One day he will do it to the wrong person. Not everyone can take abuse well.Sort your staff out and tell them to stop barking

Huge queues during the festive period, I guess everyone had the same idea! Still a great facility, they take pretty much every type of rubbish, only thing is you have put things in the right skips. Don't mind doing the leg work, as they don't charge, and they don't refuse entry etc.

Massive place, definitely enough space for everything you could possibly pack into a hatchback. People there are helpful but not always overly friendly. There is no rush however, you can take as much time as you want and need. Overall, it's always been a pleasant experience so far.

I am in my 70s and never once offered help. Had a young guy working for Waterdale watch me for 20 minutes chatting with his friends leaning on a post. He saw me struggle and when I finished he told me to sweep up some dropped leaves. Try to help your Customers please and be more considerate.
