Wanted information about a package I sent to them and where it was. the person I spoke to could not give me what I wanted. I still don't know where my package is

I think it's an absolute disgrace that if you don't achieve your targets and you are the slowest of the picking or packing team they name and shame you in front of a 120 people in a meeting. That's discrimination I did have a word with a manager an the next day I got removed from the premises. Disgusting I'd never go back again.

Dodgy !. I just called their number to hear 'sorry, the number you dialed does not exist '

This place shouldn’t be open. It’s genuinely shocking. Unrealistic work goals, dirty unclean premises, damaged dangerous equipment (I had to be careful with a smashed scanner so I wasn’t slicing my fingers open on the glass), judgemental staff, barely even a walkthrough for new employees on what to do. I did a few hours and was told I was working too slow and was dismissed after half a day of work, not only that but the way the staff acted it’s as if I wasn’t wanted there from the moment I arrived. Please don’t come to work here, there are much better places.

Very very poor.. I had a job in cannock working for apc. After 1 week I get a phone call from this company saying they want my services. And they were willing to pay me more.. I did my first day there yesterday. And I've had a message today saying they no longer need my services. So they just wasted my whole day and used me like some kind of machine to do there work for them. I am well mad with them and I advise if anyone sees this then don't apply.

I would give it a 0 if I could. This place is a disgrace. Arrived for a start date to be told I am unsuitable before even being given a chance. Absolutely avoid this place. I have never been so belittled in my life!!

Nice nd good atmosphere really

I was sent by agency to start at 9am today. I was surprised how many was starting today. I was also very surprised how many females work there all look under 25 years, very attractive, some wearing short shorts and top and I thought yes I'm going to enjoy working here then meeting starts at 9 which was more like them reading the riot act to everyone then 10 minutes later I had to follow her all the way back to the door where she said you can go home now, thank you, bye. I wasn't the only one that was leaving. Also they made people wait outside whilst meeting took place because they had locked the door. So if anyone is asked to work there don't bother going. Much better places to work at.

Avoid all cost if you want to work there they need to learn management skills how to talk to staff.

Got my delivery the package looked like it had been jumped on and crushed, when I opened the box up there was no protective packaging and the box was more than 3 times the size that it needed to be!!!
