Did a good job of my hair, but the place needed to be cleaned. They were too busy due to having a lack of booking organisation. They were short-staffed, so the wait was so long between one thing on my hair and another. Also one of them isn't even a qualified hairdresser...

I visited colour keys for the first time this week. I walked in with such damaged hair from a previous salon. Deborah worked miracles on my hair and I left with super silky locks, colour correction was perfect and the overall health of my hair was amazing. I will definitely be returning. Oh and may I add the staff were extremely friendly and the coffee was so good.Jen x

Excellent hair stylist Deborah cut and styled my hair. I was extremely pleased with the result, especially after not having my hair cut for number of months. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

I went to Colour Keys upon a friend’s recommendation and was not disappointed. Friendly, chatty staff and I just love the full head of highlights Janine gave me. Really listened to what I wanted and got it spot on. Was quite busy (I can see why it’s popular!) and it’s also the week before Christmas so leave yourself plenty of time, but it’s totally worth it. Great value too if you get the Tuesday deal. Highly recommend!

Got a deal through groupon. Having never been to this hairdressers before I felt instantly welcome. Girls were down to earth very friendly, I was well informed about what outcome to expect with bleach, foils. I did pay extra for a conditioning treatment but was a much needed extra with my hair condition. Busy hairdressers but girls where very attentive. Will definitely be back. Thank you

I visited Colour Keys with my daughter yesterday, we had purchased Groupon vouchers for Brazilian Blow Dry treatment at a really good price.Cliona completed the treatment on my hair and was professional, friendly and welcoming, she clearly explained the process and aftercare. Billy Jo completed the treatment on my daughter's hair and was equally welcoming and also discussed the process. We are very happy with the outcome thusfar and found the whole experience very positive. This is a friendly, welcoming salon, many thanks!Incidently , Bodhi a few door away does an excellent coffee & great soup!

Horrific experience - walked in and no one greeted me. I then had to wait another 20 minutes to be seen and the girl who was 'washing' my hair gave me a damp towel and said 'sorry didn't have time to wash this' then got water all over me. Felt rushed and the girl brushing my hair didn't have a clue what she was doing- didn't ask what i wanted done. Will never be back, worst £25 ever spent.

Just returned from Colour Keys had a full head of highlights and cut from Jannet. Really love my hair had so many compliments . Hair looks so healthy, thicker and a beautiful blonde. And all for a really reasonable price. Staff are lovely and really listen to what you want.Will definitely be back.
