Good service received whilst ordering a new pair of glasses. I will be using this store again.

Booked an appointment for an eye test. Arrived on time, then made to sit & wait while numerous staff wandered around me chatting away.Booked an appointment to collect glasses. Again I arrived on time. Again I sat & waited awhile 5 members of staff chatted about me.Incompetent or lazy?

Easy free parking. All members polite and welcoming. All questions clearly answered. No problems.

I found the whole experience easy .All the staff were helpful , knowledge , polite and patient.It was the first time I was to have varifocal glasses which I was unsure about .But I got them 2 weeks ago and I am pleasantly surprised with them as I had expected to have problems..I was also offered a free contact less trial but I decided to cancel that for now.Honestly the only complaint I have is that the glasses come in a soft pouch and I would have preferred a hard case as they were expensive and I don't think the pouch offers my glasses much protection.I can't fault any of the staff or their attitude or customer service.

inexperienced pushy staff. i only went for yearly eye test. i didnt need specs, eye wipes, contact lens. Just an eye test which specsavers invited me to re NHS

I did the two for one deal (which looks a bargain) paid extra for tint (one pair amber for night driving and one pair grey) but chose new frames for the amber lenses and handed over better quality frames I already had for the 2nd grey pair. When I went to pick them up I was (as such) called an out and out liar!! Was told no way had I left frames there!! If I had they’d be findable and they couldn’t find them!! I had to pay extra to get frames I half liked for the 2nd pair and then was charged for the 2nd pair of lenses despite their making much of getting two pairs for one! I care for my partner and could leave her alone no longer so paid up and left! Two months later I had a call to say they'd found my glasses I'd left with them stuck in a drawer somewhere and I could pick them up. I did and thought maybe after being called a liar and charged money I shouldn't have been charged there may have been some complimentary lenses fitted for the extra I'd been charged or at least a note of apology? But no, no such thought had entered their heads! I will Never ever go there again!!

All of them were brilliant.Sophie who made my retinal photography and diagnosis was very gentle.Riya who did the eye test was very competent and understanding.Jessica was very informative and careful.And Jeniffer took care of my glasses fitting when I went to collect them with professionalism.

Took my 88 year old Father for his appointment. The staff were so fantastic with him. Everyone we dealt with were helpful and very patient with him. Never once rushed him; the whole experience took over 2 hours but this was due to my Father asking SO many questions! We had quite a laugh with the staff and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!!
