I bought my house recently through Keith Ashton and have nothing but praise for this estate agent. Hayley, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. When I had queries or needed information, Hayley was always responsive & extremely helpful. When I came to their office to collect the keys at the end of the process, they surprised me with a very nice gift. I couldn't recommend them more.

Very poor property maintenance side.. every job is a fail… nothing gets finished…. The Contractors they use are terrible, use just about anyone they can find…. they replaced a broken oven with another broken oven… took 3 months to rectify. Had a hole in the roof, they took 2 weeks to get someone out… loads of water damage cause to the ceiling due to being exposed to the elements… ripped up the flooring in the bathroom to change, the contract was so bad they sacked him, 5 months later we still have no flooring, the mastic around the shower screen was done to such a bad standard, it has gone total black after 2 months and started to fall out.Communication from the office if very bad, never replay to emails and unable to get things done !!

Had the pleasure of working with Sally @ the Brentwood Lettings Offices dealing with our Company Let requirements - She made it so easy for us, kept us up to date along the way, very responsive and made it stress free. We’ve had a great experience with Keith Ashton, with it being our first time renting privately the lettings team at the Brentwood office made the whole move a lot easier. communication was good, they was very helpful and attentive and I would definatley recommend
