I wish I'm able to giving this business not even 1 star. Too much cheating and trick. They don't have proper tools like proper weighing scale and tools for checking your gold, but then they will phone you to get to agreeing transaction with very cheap price. Because of the mistake they deliberately made by using dirty weighing scale to reduce the weight of my gold so they can get extra profits by doing so. And when I'm not accepting the price that they offer, they said that they already melting my gold. PLEASE PLEASE Don't be fooled by the rating which only reaches 1700 on Trustpilot or even any advertisement that they're put on their website!!

Scammers. Told me my 18k ring was not gold and said they will dispose of it for free. (I bet they would) and then said if I wanted it back I need to send £15 cash in a envelope to return it. Last time I checked something which in their eyes has no value and only weights 18 grams it shouldn't cost 15 quid to return.

Really dissapointed that my 'no value' items didnt return. They offered a good will gesture of £15 but there was a couple of swarovski necklaces in there that were worth far more. I could have sold them elsewhere. Just feel mugged off to be honest. Doubt they were lost in post probably wasnt posted to begin with.

I sent in a bracelet to be sold. I weighed the item without packaging and knew it was 18ct solid gold and it came to 72grams. When i posted it I was called with an offer and they claimed the item only came to 58grams and the remainder was the envelope. The envelope is a small plastic bag, a letter and packaging so cannot. I feel completely ripped off however as I was struggling with debt I just didn't have the opportunity to wait so accepted the offer.Don't go with this company you can get better deals elsewhere

Offered me 250 quid for 7 gold rings, 12 normal rings and a lot of “non value” jewellery.. I declined and they posted back with 5 rings missing.. apparently I never sent them despite my photo which you can quite clearly see the ones that didn’t come back.

Very disappointed. They offered me 47 pounds!!! for 230 gramms of 925 silver jewellery. Finally we agreed but it was far more less than other online companies offer. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Sent through items of jewellery.Offered £260 which I declined and asked for a value of just an engagement ring 1/3 carat diamond solitaire, 18ct Yellow gold.After a lot of investigation and sending proof of postage they have come up with (we never received this item) extremely funny but all the odd bits of jewellery I sent they say they have not received the most expensive item!!Why need proof of postage if it wasn’t received in first place?Latest comment “That I must of not sent it or it was under my kitchen table”Asked for all items back and NEVER TRUST this so called business.Now to call the police.
