Very disappointed in this business.I reported maintenence of a shower leaking through downstairs roof months ago, a boiler that hasn’t been serviced in years, Just pure negligence and felt they did not care. Never returned my calls. And never got fixed. But are quick enough to make you send pictures of the house every 6 months. Been in my house 10 years and gave them my deposit when I first signed. My house got sold and they have no record of having my deposit even after telling me when I signed my new contract with them that it would be protected.

The worst agency I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! After these experiences, I would not rent a house from them, even if I lived under a bridge !!! No professionalism, ignoring, lying and finally fighting to get my deposit back !!!

In this time there has been a huge change of staffing and the past 2 years, this company has been fantastic.Robyn and Fiona are both fabulous, they are so kind and helpful, they really go above and beyond for their clients.I would not hesitate to use them again as an estate agency with these ladies in charge.
