My 1st App today.Suffering with severe Anxiety/Panic, Depressed. after 1 month more has therapist with Sarah for my fertility issue, I fell totally different with my body. when I used to feel exhausted cycling in steep road or walk, now I can manage cycling or walk with good breath. I feel more energetic, I can listen what my body try to said to me which all this time I never able to had it. every week Sarah always come with plan what should treatment I should received and she also give suggestion what kind of food or diet that I should to do, so working together with Sarah plan (acupuncture point & follow with her diet suggestion) I feel my body little bit healthier than before first time I come to meet Sarah. she totally doing extra mile, because before start she check pulse each hand, tongue and then explain what she saw and feel then what she will do (share her plan) and during or before treatment she also asking how's I feel/ mood. she also check the channel first which I think not all acupuncturist will do this detail examination before put needle. my issue probably still not has result yet, but I can feel progression by I feel my stamina more better than before.

I've had ongoing issues with my knees after years of abuse and several surgeries. Sarah has been working with me to try and reduce the pain and inflammation so I can get back to a normal life. So far it's definitely having an effect. My knees feel freer and more natural after an acupuncture session. Sarah puts you at ease and is easy to talk to. Added bonus that you're unlikely to find as low a rate for acupuncture in Sheffield. 10/10 would recommend..

I went to see if they could help me with frozen shoulder pain and after 2 sessions I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my pain…no morePain killers to sleep. I’m so glad I gave it a go. They are really conscientious of people who may be nervous of the treatment.

This is my second visit 1/3 planned.The treatment is very relaxing and soothing and has helped my ailments due to menopause and covid leaving me feeling depleted .I can't recommend this service enough. Sarah listens and is very informative of what she will do to aid the symptoms

I would highly recommend Sheffield Community Acupuncture, my 1st session was very thorough, and due to neck issues and headaches I have been suffering I was nervous and wanted to ensure that the therapist was knowledgable. Sarah took a great deal of time establishing the possible causes of my headaches , my work background which does have an impact and ensured she had a good understanding of how they made me feel before discussing treatment.At every stage she explained where the points where being placed, how I would feel,.I felt relaxed and safe, nothing was rushed, she genuinely has a gift for making you feel at ease.I am 12 hours post treatment on writing this review and I have been able to tip my head forward without discomfort in my neck and shoulders, I have booked a 2nd session in a week and I’m sure I will feel even more benefit.

Been seeing Sarah for my eczema and stress management, and I cannot believe how well acupuncture has worked for me. I will forever be grateful to her for the attention and care she has offered, even trying out different techniques to see how my skin would respond.My skin has improved so much just after the first visit; after a few sessions we saw an improvement that no diet, medicine, or creams have done. Some of the eczema patches have completely vanished and have not returned ever since.I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everybody, even if you just go in for a relaxation session.

I've been visiting Sheffield Community Acupuncture for the last 6 months, mainly for pain in my upper back. Each session relieves the pain and discomfort, helping me to feel more balanced and with greater vitality. I'm definitely less stressed when I have regular sessions which is fantastic. I've always had sessions with Sarah, who is a friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable acupuncturist, using both gua sha and acupuncture to help relieve the pain and bring about ease. The sessions are affordable for regular visits which has made this a sustainable option for me as acupuncture can be expensive otherwise. Unfortunately I'm moving too far away to keep coming for sessions, which is a shame as I've really appreciated what Sarah and Chris have created at Sheffield Community Acupuncture. Thank you!
