Dreadfully unprofessional - avoid at all costs.A course of 6 laser sessions were recommended at consultation stage. At my first appointment, my paperwork had been lost and had to be recompleted - the quoted price then increased by 20%. I receive a cancellation text, a week before my third appointment, as the Dr was retiring due to ill health. A phone call to the clinic found the Dr available to speak to, and still working. Asked to be passed to another clinician or for recommendations, but was told this wasn’t possible.Hundreds of pounds wasted.

From initial contact to final discharge the service provided was wonderful. A lovely friendly and professional clinic ran by true experts. Would recommend to all.
