They offer a fantastic property sales service and they manage our rental property portfolio very effectively. All rents are collected and paid to us with no issues, the properties are continuously monitored and checked and they make sure all paperwork and legal documentation is in place. I cannot praise John Browns Estate Agents highly enough for their patience, understanding and professionalism over the sale of a house that became much more challenging than it needed to be. Loads of viewings arranged and 3 buyers secured (2 pulled out), 1 after the other. David was excellent but I reserve the highest praise for Nicola who went way above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this company without hesitation
