Everything is ok, except if you go to wash your pet (which takes 10 min tops) and turn up 35 min before they close as apparently they don't allow this service 30 min before closing time as it takes forever to clean afterwards" well I'm sorry I have inconvenienced you during your actual working hours..."

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff took care and time to make sure I had the right set up for the ratties I was purchasing and they were going to a good home. The quality" of the animals was also much better than the other big high street pet shop brand

I’ve changed from pets at home to Jolly’s simply because I can get what I need for both my cat and Parrot and their club is better because you actually get discount off what you buy not vouchers on anything you don’t actually need

Very helpful staff needed worming tablets and flea treatment for a new cat they found me the correct meds for size and weight and didn't try to push the more expensive brands. Also now have a card for 15% off food each month as long as 8 buy in the previous month. Easy parking out side shop.

We popped in to try the dog wash room/booth. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The dog wash was really easy to use and great value for money. We'll definitely be back regularly to use it for sure!

Went in to take my puppy for his jab only to be met by a very rude staff member. She had a go at me saying we were to early for the appointment and he couldn't be seen as he is on antibiotics but I told them this on the phone before the appointment. What a wasted trip
