Wow these guys are top class. Smashed the stereotype of estate agents. I've worked with quite a few, and these guys are next level. I had 3 local agencies come and visit, and I chose Hockeys because Philip was smart and genuine (which appealed more than the sales pitches of the others). It was the right decision, because Philip had a well-thought out selling strategy, which meant my selling price far exceeded expectations. And the process itself was smooth.
