Laura at Tidal Tails is wonderful, so patient and calming with dogs of all sizes. She takes time to get to know each pet as an individual, and they come out so happy and loving having had a pamper day at the spa! Plus, she's a very talented artist and designs her own material to hand make accessories for her clients too - we can't wait for our Halloween special groom and spooky bow! Amazing, highly recommended.

Misty feels very at home and comfortable every time she visits and Laura at Tidal Tails is always quick to tailor the groom and make recommendations that will support Misty’s health and lifestyle. Laura has transformed our little Betsy and always makes time to pander to her funny little ways . Would highly recommend as very difficult to get the Bichon groom right , we’ve had many disasters in the past but Laura manages it extremely well.
