Costa Coffee
Had a great americano plus a ham cheese toasties, quite delicious. A little pricy, but felt well worth it.Staff where excellent and friendly, absolutely no complaints.

Surprised to find a restaurant without hand washing facilities. Isn't this illegal? They have toilet and washroom facilities, but had closed them, stating that there are posh loos" on the retail park. You should be able to have access to hand washing where you eat and drink

Visited this cafe very tired after my first trip out for a month. I broke my ankle. The member of staff who served me kindly offered to bring my order over to my table. How lovely. Really appreciated that.

Went yesterday for a quick coffee while shopping with friends. Hygiene is not strongest suit in this chain I would get. Barista cleaned with same cloth bench then proceeded to clean coffee machine with it and then the steamer which just finished heating milk. On the bench there were only two unlabelled jugs with no indicators for what milk should be in there. Jugs inside looked almost brown with burned milk.Not recommending this chain. Felt sick of how coffee was being made.

It's a nice and cozy place to meet up and grab coffee. The Panini I had was ok, coffee was good though.

No toilets. There is a legal requirement for cafes that can seat 10 people or more to eat and drink to provide a toilet for customers. This Costa does not provide that.

First time in Teesside Park's Costa for a meeting to plan out some film production bits and I have to say it was a pretty decent experience.As you would expect from any Costa, the menu is straightforward and the service was efficient.This outlet was clean and the staff were friendly to talk to during the lull" time.It wan't long before the place filled up due to its catchment area on the retail park.I'd definitely go again should there be a cause for a meeting in that area of Teesside."

it's really disappointed that one of the leading Cafe in UK have Zero Hygiene, I just visited today Costa Teesside park ( not the one with Next)and while I was having coffee I saw this and straight away left my food and coffee as you can see clearly the fungus dirty sandwich cover, staff was very friendly but they need to improve Hygiene.Please take my review in positive way thank you

I visited to pick up a drink I ordered and a member of stuff walked up to a new mother breastfeeding her child and which was covered up may I add , she asked her not to breast feed as it was distracting other customers. Breastfeeding is a natural thing and should not be made to be a bad thing , I wish I could have breast fed and if that was me I would have felt belittled as a new mom myself . Thought costa was better than this
