They own our local shopping area in Maghull, Liverpool. They charge a fortune in rent so we have vacant units and they won't even put up a Christmas tree. Bah humbug Tories no doubt!

I rented a flat from this company, recently moved out. They honestly are terrible! Shortly after we moved in things started to get broken in the house (eg sink, lights, leak). First they blamed us, saying we can not operate or look after a flat and then they wanted us to fix some of the issue. In the end we moved out and now it’s been 3 months, nothing has been done in the flat and they don’t even want to pay our deposit back.The management never took my calls, I spoke to Courtenay and Gabriela on many occasions, they tried to help, but the decision makers never took responsibility!Would not recommend to rent or get in touch with them.

Response to a structurally failing external staircase (only point of entry/exit to second floor properties) was sorely lacking, inadequate and could have proved fatal. Reported when first noticed at 09:00 am by many occupants of second floor.Got progressively worse by lunchtime on the same day and still nothing had been done. Neighbours had to call Council who involved fire brigade, police and building inspector who attended property and secured the same. Scaffolders attended at 4:30 pm to provide some stability - some 7 hours after first reported.Staircase should not have been trafficked. Remains to be seen how quickly the staircase is repaired.

I have worked with London and Cambridge properties for the last two years. They are highly professional, organised and forward thinking. I would highly recommend any organisation or investor involved with property to work with this company.

Steer well clear of this firm as the most dishonest property company I have had the misfortune to tangle with but here is a tip if they threaten court action take them on as they have more skeletons in their deals they would like to hide, operated though a myriad of limited shell companies to avoid corporation tax, appoint in-house service contracts pretending to be appointing a separate third party and the services fees will rise over 100% to be honest not even worthy of any stars .

Working with LCP is a pleasure - they are efficient and very professional. We put together a Charity project for homeless people and they were very generous with providing us with space and supporting the project. Would recommend!

Disgraceful company! Took over Bramley Shopping Centre in West Leeds then ripped out all of the seats with zero consultation and refused to speak to our Community Leaders. Bunch of arrogant and high handed scoundrels!

These guys must lose so many enquiries. They posted an advert on rightmove for a property to rent. The number was the wrong office who didn't know anything about it so got put through to the London office, they didn't know either and referred me to their own website for the correct number to call. I called that number (which was the same number I was just talking to). They then put me through to the right person who at least knows the property but unfortunately doesn't know what the price is but said he could email it to me at some point.This is why prices should be displayed on the website. POA is ALWAYS a nightmare. I think organisation and efficiency is important, not calling these guys again.
