Heather just did a phenomenal job of a deep tissue massage. Left feeling relaxed, refreshed and just the right level of pummeled to know that I am going to feel the benefits of her work over the next few days. Already booked my next visit. Super professional and a credit to have such a great business in the town!

I was terrified of flying and this prevented me from enjoying holidays abroad. After a few appointments with Heather my fear had gone and I no longer had a fear of flying, in fact I can even sit in a window seat. Heather has allowed me so much more freedom to fly anywhere I wish. Even after a year my fear is still non-existent. Heather gives a fantastic massage. She offers so much more than that though - she knows how much the issues in peoples lives can have a knock on effect on them mentally/physically and is always there to listen. On the flip side, if you just want to zone out and have your back pummeled she'll happily oblige!

At the end of 2020, I had an appointment with Heather as I have ongoing back trouble. Heather listened well to me as I explained my sore back and then recommended a back, neck and shoulder massage as well as a leg massage (to help my lower back). The massage was incredible! She applied pressure to my preference and worked really well and deep into the areas which needed it most. As well as making me feel extremely relaxed I came away feeling like she had really made a difference to my aches and pains. I would highly recommend whether it’s for a chill out or to help ongoing pain. I will most definitely be returning as soon as COVID allows me to.

Heather listens well and is empathetic. Her approach is calm, soothing and relaxing making it likely that her suggestions to resolve problems will be successful.One session may be all that is needed.
