My bike was falling apart after a crash so called on Bob's help. He picked it up, fixed all of the problems and had it running better than it ever has within a week. Miles cheaper than Halfords/Evans - would highly recommend!

After bad experiences with bike shops in the city centre, I decided to try Bournville Bikes. Got a very fast response from Bob, service arranged for the weekend and Bob dropped the bike off on Monday morning. Bob was very polite, friendly, informative and his work is excellent - a breath of fresh air after dealing with some of the surly staff in other places. Took the bike for a ride this afternoon and it was great to have fingertip braking again. Thanks very much

Bob is conscientious and extremely helpful. He replaced the rear brake cable and the derailleur. He ensured the bikes were safe and roadworthy. I strongly recommend Bob.

As per all the other reviews, Bob sorted a nagging problem on my bike and had it solved, fixed and cleaned in 24 hours. He picked up the bike, called with the issue and the cost and fixed it the following day .A brilliant service and one that beats all the so called specialist" shops. Thanks Bob ."

Bob has always offered a quick , reliable and cost efficient service. He has been able to fix any issues we've had , and doesn't try and create jobs that aren't there. He's friendly and the fact that he picks up the bikes and returns them to our house is a great service. We've used him for over 3 years and would highly recommend him

I have used Bournville Bikes a few times now. Bob is always super helpful and has fixed my daughters race bike at short notice a few times. Fully recommend - skilful mechanic and reasonably priced.

At home bike service for two eMTB after a long period of no use. Bob was friendly and informative and did a fantastic job! Both bikes seem to run much better than previous services from city centre bike stores.Will be using Bourneville bikes again for sure!!!
