Waited for half an hour and nobody answered the bell even though I rang it more than 5 times

Last Thursday evening I chained my bicycle up to this police stations railings 2 meters from the the main door, within 2 hours I noticed a thief taking the bags out my bicycle panniers.

I lost my passport and the lady in the desk, refuse to provide me all kind of information how to find my passport, she send me to the embassy and I told her the embassy send me here, she asked me to google it, no links, no info, I told her well I will get a British passport, she said go for it it's going to cost you 1200 pounds, my question am I welcome in Scotland , or I should be ashamed for been a foreign? I'm still without passport

So now I have sent repeated complaints to the local have made complaints about being followed and also the offer I spoke to on the telephone said if he could speak to the sergeant in charge of this individual he would have done I sent you report of the registration plate of the vehicle and they still can't put two and two together. I am sorry I don't speak English.Mean this lady was trying to arrest me for being outside at night!

They make you wait outside for an hour if you want to see a police officer. I thought they meant to help you

Had a recent need to contact the Police - attempted burglary. The Police were very quick to respond (minutes), the Officers were very kind, offering a great service. I feel very lucky to live close to such a great Police Scotland team.
