Great service friendly staff came in for my tires to be pumped up today

Tried to get a new inner tube fitted for my Electric bike and they wouldn’t do the job because I didn’t buy my bike from them.How is a person supposed to get my bike fixed when they won’t do it?They don’t care.

Absolutely fantastic Evans cycles Leeds is top notch. if I could give 10 stars I would. They helped a novice cyclist find the perfect bike and kit through the bike 2 work scheme. They were really friendly as well which is rare now a days. Nothing was to much for them.Excellent thank you guys

Small, compact shop but stocked up well. Once you exit LDS station it can't be missed

My favourite bike shop. The staff has helped me many times, in the last minute, with all sorts of tiny (but time-consuming) problems, which is really appreciated. Brad is very knowledgable about fine details that make a difference (such as for urban vs. long-distance cycling). Excellent service in all regards.

I have a fantastic experience at the shop, my bike was fix in while I was waiting, did not look simple but was done with skill and precision, He was very good and he's colleague quit helpful and Thier advice invaluable. Hope all bike shops where like this! Highly regarded and recommended!

Such a fantastic experience. I arrived in Leeds with my wheelchair missing six spokes and the wheel as a consequence nearly falling apart. Managed to limp to Evans near the rail station and they were able to - in only 40 minutes no less, and with me as a walk-in customer - cut to custom size and fit six new spokes to my wheelchair, saving my independence and keeping me going! Even worked with a local medical equipment supplier to make sure everything was done right. Staff were super friendly, very polite, and incredibly helpful. Have always had good experiences with Evans around the UK but this has really taken the cake. They're amazing!!!

Very down to earth people, and very helpful with a great knowledge of everything bike. They offer great advice on keeping my Brompton Electric tip top, with the occasional software flash and look over. I buy my goods from their store at a very reasonable price. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Was at a complete loss sourcing a propierty freehub for some carbon wheels so went into Evans and Brad and Ryan were absolutely awesome They didn't have the elusive freehub but managed to repair my hub with new pawls and retaining spring This was a last gasp effort before binning them and so the service I received from these two was way beyond expectations Fantastic staff and I will be back
