I was served today by a lovely staff member named Morgan, she went above and beyond to help me, despite it being such a busy time of year, she was really friendly and helpful and an absolute credit to the company.

Been there today to try on and buy some footwear , girls who working there been polite and helpful, but only issue was when i was trying on footwear guy who I believe working there (as he entered to staff room) , just kicked my own boot and didn’t even say sorry just walked away .

Great service by Demi and her team.Really took the time to ensure I was happy with my shoes and when I realised a few days later, they where the wrong size was happy enough to swap them! Demi had even remembered my name. Great customer service.

Fantastic prices, their own range is exceptionally well made (THE most comfortable heels I have ever owned) and the attitude of the staff is superb (nothing was too much bother to help me with). One pair of shoes was enough to make me a fan (and I'm a fussy moo lol)

I went in with my little girl to purchase some shoes. Both the assistants were so attentive, polite and helpful. They helped with picking the right style of shoe and fitted them to my daughter's feet, this made my daughter very happy. It was so refreshing having such decent behaviour from them, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this store and would advise anyone to shop there, their service is excellent!!
