Went today to collect a parcel. A ginger guy lied that the parcels are locked at a room he doesn't have access to and to go the following day. I had to insist very very much saying that I would report him for him to open a cupboard and find my parcel.

Sam was so helpful, its was a fiddly job but he took time a care to help me and repair the item. Lovely kind manner and very keen to help all customers. Please let it be known to management how professional, friendly and helpful he always is and who will hopefully recognise and reward him. Thank you
