Andy was very helpful and informative about the car we wanted to look at.We needed to buy another car after our previous one snapped it's cam belt, and due to it's age and the cost of a replacement engine it was destined for the scrap heap.We decided to buy the one we went to look at, and Andy picked us up and drove us to Car City on the handover day.I would recommend anyone looking for a used car in the area to have a look at Car City (in Rainham, Kent).

So today I drove away with a shiney new Ford s-Max courtesy of car city. Andrew was the owner of the car front and was a lovely man who was happy to answer any questions we had about the vehicle prior to us signing our lives away. He knew everything about the vehicle and it’s history and as well as the car being visibly in great condition he assured me that it had undergone and passed a full service before he was happy to advertise it on his lot. We were happy that the price we paid was reasonable and as an extra measure it has a 3 month warranty just incase. We are sure we will be happy with our new wheels and are so glad we discovered such a reputable company with great reviews.

I Part exchanged my 2020 Ford Focus 1.5 ST-line for a lesser amount Ford Focus, Andy was very fair with his offer for my previous car & the price for the car I purchased was also a fair price. Andy talked me through everything, offered 1 month free warranty, sorted everything out for me & I drove away very happy. This is my second car I brought from Andy, and once again he went over and above to get my perfect car. The car it’s self is clean, low mileage, and like brand new. The customer service was out of this world. He contacted me every step of the way, making sure I knew exactly where the paperwork was at right the way through to collection.
