After suffering with blocked ears for a month I was very fortunate to find Highland Hears. After a single visit I was amazed with the outcome and found my hearing had improved immeasurably.Quintin used the latest suction technology on both ears and removed a substantial amount of ear wax.The process was relaxing and void of any discomfort. I am sincerely thankful to Quintin for his help. I found him to be exceptionally careful, the epitome of professionalism, enthusiastic, with a desire for helping people.I totally recommend Highland Hearing to anyone suffering from any ear complaints or worries.Thank you again Quintin - my audio sensations are now greatly enhanced.

Had my visit to Highland Hears yesterday . Believing my ears were clogged with wax , finding someone local and affordable was a godsend. Quintin explained fully what he would do and what the cost would be up front , so no unexpected charges at the end.After a hearing test , with the sound proof Headphones, Quintin had a good look into each ear - producing a video and pictures which he fully explained to me. I think we were both disappointed to not find a massive wax plug, in fact my ears were quite clean ( which surprised me , as i love pushing cotton buds in there ). The Hearing test also showed as normal for my age. No further work was required, and Quintin was honest enough to reduce the fee accordingly - On a personal level I find Quintin to be Honest , Amicable , very knowledgeable and Caring of his customers - - 5 STARS from me..

I had been suffering with a blocked right ear for weeks. Having visited the pharmacy and spent a fortune on olive oil drops and decongestant I later visited the NHS doctor. I was informed that the build up of ear wax was the problem but removal by a nurse practitioner was going to take an eternity.I made contact with Highland Hears and was given an appointment the same day (I had been using drops for the recommended time).I met Quintin at the practice, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process and was able to lead me through the procedure of wax removal using microsuction. I was very impressed with his expertise and was provided with great information and level of explanation. ( pictures and video of internal ears before and after procedure)Too often these days you don't feel things are value for money. I would suggest that Highland Hears far exceeded my expectations and was very much worth the price I paid. 100% Highland Hears! Had pretty bad impacted wax and a lot of irritation, and he got me right as rain again in less than an hour!I went from almost deaf in both ears, to perfect hearing in my right ear and partial hearing in my left ear in only 45 minutes, then 5 minutes after I left I had full hearing in my left ear too!I thought I was going to be off work for weeks waiting for my GP to make space for me, but Highland hearing has me back to normal for only £60 both ears cleaned out and I got great advice on aftercare too.Can't recommend enough!
