Total time wasters. Do not count on their help. Was given temporary flat and told I would be there about 6 weeks then moved to a permanent property, never happened. I kept my mouth shut for the first year as they rarely bothered me as long as they were getting the near £800 rent (payable ever 4 weeks not 12 monthly payments )paid and also the council tax was paid on time. As soon as I told them I had complained to someone they were trying to talk me into leaving, then when I missed ONE meeting with them (they missed multiple ) they let themselves into the flat (not for the first time!) when I wasn’t in and changed the locks. 6 weeks turned into about 16-17 months. Staff are not trained in housing advice so don’t be surprised to get sent to housing offices to be told you shouldn’t be there, usually after waiting for 2-3 hours!. In my view it’s people keeping themselves in jobs by stringing you out as long as they can as you’re inflated rent is paying their wages. Avoid at all costs if you ask me but I can only talk for myself.

Great meeting rooms and kitchen facilities

Nice people but they don't provide the support they are supposed to they put vulnerable people at risk as they mix wolves in with sheep is the easiest explanation

Very nice people have had several dealings with them helping some of their tenants. really responsible and highly caring
