Fantastic start to finish. Came to measure up within 2 weeks, went into store a few days later to pick the vinyl I wanted and the man who quoted me was very transparent about cost and explained all the extra costs such as grippers etc. I had to rearrange due to family commitments and they were very happy to help. Called a few days ago to pay up which was very easy. Today I'm left a very happy girl as my kitchen and bathroom look lovely. In total I spoke to 4 or 5 different employees and they were all lovely and accommodating.Will see you next year for my carpets!

Service has always been good here. I normally see Harvey, staff are always friendly and try to give you the best advice. I am due to have new carpets fitted in a few weeks. I would highly recommend that you consider popping in to view their products. It’s great to see a business they cares about customers. Carpets fitted today by Jonny who was absolutely brilliant- thanks Jonny

I was really pleased with the service from GCW Flooring. The shop floor sales were helpful and efficient and the fitter, Ben and his apprentice did a fantastic job laying the flooring in a very awkward hall, stairs and landings. They were ever so mindful regarding looking after the property but also in regard to safety and making sure the front wasn’t left open as I have dogs and cats.A thoroughly nice team to work with and I would highly recommend them!
