Shocking I would give less of a star if it were an option. Have to pay to park and use the store and when asked where the toilets were located in store (heavily pregnant at time) I was directed across the car park where I again had to pay! Will never use this store again.

Asda Pembroke Dock Supermarket
Visited while staying overnight locally, store was clean and tidy with some very helpful staff, didn't have one item we wanted even though they checked but found an alternative. Ample parking including disabled and parent and child.

Always well stocked. I’ve never had any issues getting everything I needed first visit.I park in the large free car park across the road, which has never been an issue for me.Staff friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me!

Really poor click and collect experience. We usually shop at alternative click and collect supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi etc) but this Xmas decided to shop with Asda due to availability of slots. We confirmed our order ahead of collection but still had a 15min wait in the allocated bays, despite the rest of the car park being incredibly quiet. We did have an employee offer us somebody else's order whilst we were waiting though :/ Even worse than that was the way we received the goods; We had ordered in excess of 120 items specially for Xmas day and to our amazement they weren't packaged in anything. This meant we had to hand ball everything into our car loose, hardly ideal when you've got a long journey home. Your competitors give out compostable bags / boxes to make the experience better, the least you could do is to advise shoppers. The whole click and collect experience needs to be reviewed, not least having some lighting near the dedicated bays, so you can at least see what substitutes you've been given. Need to do much better!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I recently used the scan as you go and it was so simple to use. It's a large store but it never seems to have a big variety of produce. The clothes section is great for children. Their bakery section is always full but that's probably the most well stocked department. Handy for click and collect orders and online orders but I do always find this slow. A nice supermarket but not the best

I do like using this branch of ASADA. People need to realise, that this is quite a small store. But makes up for that, with their lovely staff. Living local, I don't fall foul of paying for parking, but appreciate, this is unusual, in this day and age. Not sure who overseas parking, but probably, our 'tourist unfriendly' County Council. Keep up the good work ASDA you deserve it.

Will never use asda again absolutely fed up of ordering food online only for most my items to not arrive or replaced and then the items that do arrive have to be used within a day due to them being passed there expiry date along with the fruit being black or squishy. I'd like to think that some of the staff have training when it comes to stock control and actually checking products but judging by my last 2 orders clearly they have no training or lack of it. Safe to say il be passing this on to trade and standards! Disgusted isn't the word!!Also when ringing to speak to someone regarding this matter I was passed around to four different people before the phone got cut on me and they all had no reason to give or clearly time and patience to deal with the matter!!

I refuse to shop at this store simply because of the parking fee. I don't care if it's 1p or 50p to park, it's the principle. Unfortunately I do have to collect parcels now and again for a person who is unable to shop for themselves and in my experience the staff's attitudes is not good. I always get the sense that collecting a parcel is an effort for them and I do not know why because there are always staff standing around chatting. You can be waiting for some time before they bring the parcel to you, and I wonder how they would be able to cope if ever it was busy. There should be a much more efficient service in place and one with a smile.
