After a recommendation myself and my brother had a meeting with Rob who we both found to be very professional in a kind, thoughtful way. He explained in detail what they could do for us and we never felt under any pressure to use their services.On the day of mums funeral the Funeral Directors were just brilliant. They were so well organised, professional and caring to the family in our time of sadness and grief.The whole family are very grateful to Stephen & Philip Painters Funeral Directors and would highly recommend this independent family run business.

Really rude gentleman at this business who claims to own the parking spaces outside the shop. I parked to just pop into local Tesco and there is public parking outside and surrounding the business. This gentleman from the funeral directors told me to move my vehicle and was very rude, he claimed to report me to police and move my vehicle. Very abusive tone and rude to speak to a lady in such a manner. I was parked in a public bay and wasn't blocking any access, other businesses were not comparing and shop next door were allowing people to park in front. He was intimidating and he may own the shop but certainly does not own the parking as it's for the public and we all pay road tax. I have reported this to local authorities. I will not be recommending this place of business to anyone or even using it myself in the future. How you treat people reflects how you would treat customers. The following day I saw cones and signs to avoid people to park there- disgusting!
