Lifesavers. Arrived in Dundee from Edinburgh with a seriously sore eye, found Brian Davidson Opticians and despite being busy and not being a customer, they squeezed me in, sorted me out, and sent me on my way. Without charge. Amazing customer service and care. If I lived in Dundee I'd 100% be using their services.

Returned to Brian Davidson Opticians in Dundee after an absence of many years, having been disappointed with the reducing quality of lenses from the High St chains.I am absolutely delighted with my new glasses. Top quality Zeiss optics and top quality care and attention from all the team. very thorough examination and a perfect prescription.Later that day I tried on my old glasses again and my reaction was Wow

Amazing service and extremely helpful! I popped into Brian Davidson Opticians in desperate need of a new pair of glasses! The team went above and beyond. The optician Craig made my personalised lenses within 20 minutes and I couldn’t have been happier. I never got the lady and gentleman’s names that were also working at the time, both went above and beyond. Super friendly and helpful . 10/10. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Fantastic service from friendly helpful staff. Was visiting the city and they fixed my glasses with no problem. Much better service than experienced from the main high street chains. Highly recommend Brian Davidsons if you're in need of an optician in Dundee.
