So easy to book. I booked a slide and a bouncy castle. Lads were bang in time (a little early) and set up straight away no fuss also leant me a disco ball speaker which the kids loved. Picked up prompt , great service will defo reccomend and use again! Thanks

Poor experience with Bouncy Kings. Booking stated 10am" drop off. Phoned up at 11 and was told drop off can be between 7 & 11. Accepted that

Great bouncy castle. The disco one we hired. They rang when was on way and picked up to . Great and helpful .very friendly staff. Def recomend. Booked online and got email confirming. Loved the music. Just wish had it later when was dark to see the disco ball light up better

Cancelled my bouncy castle an hour before the party. Informed me I would receive a refund within 24 hours. It’s now been 36 hours and my calls and messages are being ignored. Still no refund. £155 out of pocket just before Christmas. Thanks a lot.

I really wish I could give 5 stars but we were disappointed. We booked the rainbow activity bouncy castle 3 weeks in advance. The delivery man was very nice but he turned up 2 hours early and brought the wrong bouncy castle. He went back to collect the correct bouncy castle but couldn't find it and had no idea what happened to it. He said he could get another bouncy castle which we appreciated as it wasn't his fault. However, he brought a princess bouncy castle and the party was for a boy. I was tempted to give 1 star but as the delivery man was very apologetic I've gave 2 stars. I did try and ring the company a few times but there was no answer so left a voicemail which still hasn't been answered. This is very unprofessional. Would be nice to know what happened.

Argumentative staff!Bouncy castle turned up soaking wet, and the disco lights went off and wouldn't come back onKids were slipping all over it and ruining their party clothesWhen we complained the company did nothing but just argue with us to the point where we got fed up and left itVery unprofessional company, you shouldn't argue with your customers !

We would have liked to leave a 5 star review however due to the fact the bouncy castle we ordered did not even turn up with no notice and no courtesy call. As the main entertainment for the party was bouncy castle, I am afraid this ruined the day for my 5 year old daughter. We have decided to leave a 1 star review because there was no 0 staroption unfortunately.

Great reliable service ,, the lads had it up and operational in less than ten Minutes ..And the product itself was brilliant (princess disco castle)Daughter and her friends loved it.Well done bouncy kings , will definitely be using you again
