I've been to the Shoreditch branch for brunch and enjoyed it so thought I'd try this branch.Really enjoyed the food! I had jerk chicken spring rolls, which was novel and nice.For my main I had fish curry with fried plantain and steamed rice. Also fried dumplings. All was very tasty. The service was really quick.We dined outside on a hot summer June afternoon with the vibrant Camden market nearby.Would definitely go again.UPDATE: Returned in September and didn't have such a good experience so changed my rating. My dumpling was not was crisp and the service was inattentive.Please be consistent!

Went for a Bottomless Brunch and was really pleased. From the moment I sat down, I was asked which drink I wanted and received it almost instantly. My cup was never left empty, and was constantly topped up. I definitely lost track of how many I had.The rum punch was really nice and wasn’t too overpowering, which allowed us to keep drinking without feeling like it was too much alcohol.The food was also delicious. A perfect portion size to accompany bottomless drinks.It was a very hot day and the AC was on, so it didn’t feel hot or sticky in the restaurant at all. Which was perfect. Music was right to our taste and overall just a really great vibe. Will definitely come back!

The worse bar I’ve been to in years. My friend booked her 60th birthday party with a buffet. Even though the food was meant to be served until 9.45 pm, half an hour beforehand they removed all of the plates, and when they brought them up again after having to ask for it, there was no cutlery nor tissues (the reason I am giving 3 stars for the food is because I had no way of eating most of it unless I wanted to eat with my hands, couple of dishes I could try were tasty). Also worth mentioning that around 9.15pm the bar stopped serving drinks in glasses indoors and used paper cups instead, still charging full central London price for it. The bar was empty , with no atmosphere . Noting that the party guests formed majority of the customers, the way personnel behaved towards the party , It felt like they were not interested in making any customs nor reoccurring customers . I will not be coming back here again.

The food was great however service was poor. The man was fine but it felt like the lady waitress really didn’t want to be there and we were a nuisance for even trying to order. She constantly demanded we order our mains but we were waiting for a friend to come so just got some starters. When we were ready to order mains she said she was too busy and would need to come back later. She didn’t and we ended up ordering from the man.I get that people have bad days but don’t take it out on the customer.

Had a beautiful experience. I was late for my booking by 30 mins but the staff handled it in a very professional way. The food was delicious and gave me the best Caribbean experience.Enjoyed the vibes and the music. Highly recommended for people who enjoy food and music.I would definitely visit again when I am in London.

A restaurant that celebrates Jamaican heritage with focus on diverse food dishes and variety of drink choices all at reasonable prices. Cozy and vibrant atmosphere, just the perfect setting for a get together with loved ones. The staff are welcoming and friendly and provide outstanding customer service. For a night of entertainment, check out their bar next door, where they have a DJ station, live music and a dance floor. I would definitely visit Ma Petite Jamaica again and would recommend this restaurant.
