Ian did a great job fitting a new boiler, water tank and installing new thermostatic radiator valves. In addition Ian upgraded our Hive system. All the work went smoothly/no issues. Ian knows his stuff and explained what the work entailed. We left Ian to crack on and the work took around a day and a half. When we got back there was no need to tidy up as Ian had tidied up. Ian came round within the hour and went through the work and how to use the Hive upgrade. I would thoroughly recommend Ian.

Ian came round to check our heating system and diagnosed the problem. He flushed the system and replaced numerous parts making our house warm again. He quoted us a price and found even more problems when carrying out the quoted job, replacing further parts as he went without charging us for the trouble. Would recommend to anyone.

Ian fitted a new boiler for us recently, and had fitted new radiators throughout our house last year. Our old boiler had completely stopped working and had to be replaced, so we decided to take the opportunity to relocate it and see if it was possible to put it in the loft. Ian came over to provide a quote, he was brilliant and gave us a few options explaining in detail the pros & cons. We decided to go ahead and Ian was able to fit us in the following week as we had no heating or hot water. He removed the old boiler and fitted the new one in the loft as discussed. He was very methodical and explained everything he did clearly, he is so polite and considerate too and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. He is extremely professional and works to a very high standard. Highly recommend him and absolutely delighted with all the work he has carried out at our house.

Ian provided an excellent service installing a complete new heating and hot water system. He was reliable, doing what we wanted on time and on budget. We needed to replace our broken boiler and Chambers Heating Solutions was recommended to us from a friend.Ian came to the house, put on his shoes covers and inspected the existing install. He gave us a recommendation after looking at the existing system.Ian gave us peace of mind by explaining his years of experience and this came across well.Ian gave us a quote on the same day and was happy that we were getting a few more quotes.Ian followed up a few days later to see how his quote compared with the others. He was happy to adjust the quote as we wanted to add in a Hive controller (a must have).Once we had all of our quotes on the table we chose Chambers Heating Solutions based on price, availability and Ian's knowledge.In the days leading up to the install Ian called us to confirm the install day and time.Install day was slick, carpet covers throughout, Ian explained everything and suggested we had buckets of water for the toilets and a few flasks of hot water for tea/coffee.Day one was old boiler out, header tank and immersion tank out and all pipework ready for the boiler installation.The boiler was delivered to the house from the suppliers during the morning. Around mid afternoon all of the scrap and rubbish was collected, all arranged by Ian.As taking out the immersion tank meant we had a large space for an airing cupboard Ian installed a radiator for us.Ian left us with water for the evening on Day 1.Day 2 was just as slick as day 1, no fuss, no problems, just cracking on with the installation.Once complete Ian made sure the system was working and then talked us through the operation of the boiler and the excellent Hive controller.Ian has checked in with us to ensure the heating and hot water are working well for us, which there are.We will be recommending Ian to family and friends.

Ian was great, he came to replace the leaky condense pipe on our boiler and gave us some great advice on how to avoid it icing up over the winter.He gave us a courtesy call half a hour before he arrived to let us know he was on his way and when he arrived he was very personable and chatty. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him too.
