Wow!Talk about going above and beyond for their customers experience, they sure did that! Me and my partner had the best time here. Greeted by a lovely gentleman called Bernie who was very warm and welcoming. Got us checked into our room and offered signature cocktail on arrival. I mentioned having them tomorrow for my birthday which then we were given free complimentary breakfast & more free cocktails! We got into our room which was beautiful. Clean & tidy. Very modern & quirky. Then we had a knock at the door and were offered to change to their premium room as lucky guests. I am still shocked at the amount of effort they put into us having an excellent stay. The next morning, we had our lovely breakfast which was fresh and tasted great! And we were greeted again by Bernie who asked us if we enjoyed our first night & so on.. Then before we went out for the evening for my birthday, Scott, the excellent & funny Scottish bartender gave us our lovely cocktails. He was also very welcoming and great at his job. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The housekeeping team did an excellent job at keeping the place spotless & neat. All in all, if you are wondering wether you would stay here again, you absolutely should. We will be back again and I have suggested this hotel to many people already. All of the staff were great but I didn’t catch everyone’s names. Congratulations to you all for the best hotel visit me & my partner have had. Many thanks again.

Next to the plymouth pavilion, around the corner from the travellodge. They make you feel comfortable and are flexible. They gave us a free moxy cocktail for checking in, a free mini muffin and they out your name on the TV in your room (pretty neat). So many great points to this place too many to write down. I'll definitely be coming back! (The bar is 24hrs!)

Had to book last minute due to delays and another hotel refusing to help with accommodations. Got here at 10pm and the front desk staff were very friendly, joking with us the whole time. Even got complimentary cocktails (alcoholic or non alcoholic) for booking with them. The room was very clean and nice. Extremely comfortable beds. The doors to the rooms are heavy but soundproof. Shower had good water pressure. Even the TV was set up when we got their saying Welcome (name)". This place is definitely worth it to stay at. We wish we could have stayed longer. We absolutely loved it."

Stayed here last night after seeing Sarah Millican at The Pavilions. Just a couple of minutes walk from the venue, and from the town centre. Also only a 20 minute walk to the Royal William Yard, where there was a lovely christmas market today, so a perfect placement for our needs. The hotel is sparkly clean and new as only recently opened. All staff are super friendly and quick to serve. I liked the cute touches in the reception/bar area like a football table and photo booth. Our room was lovely, modern, and really warm. My only gripe from our stay is the orange juice for breakfast tasted really watered down. Other than that, we would defo stay again.

Loved the vibe and decor of the hotel. Clean and tidy great location. Free cocktail on arrival Very nice touch. Staff friendly. The only let down was the breakfast very expensive for what was on offer and quite frankly awful and almost inedible.

No complaints. Simple check in, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Very nice clean rooms. Tea, coffee facilities and large TV in room.

5 star overall - lovely hotel with friendly staff - special mention to the European lady at the bar on a Sunday morning (apologies, i didn't catch her name) very attentive friendly and took care of us.Rooms - nice design, however not sure about the wardrobes..Location was okay, everything is a 10-15 walk away with a convenient store next to the hotelThere's a parking spot within reach of the hotel, but its a shame the plymouth council intend on ripping off its tourists

Lovely staff, very helpful and happy. Food much better than expected, especially the breakfast, amazing choice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Firstly I love the brand, clean, fresh and updated very modern room that feels homely. The location is not central but only about 5 minutes walk away.The area feels like it's about to have a big transformation but I liked the art apposite.Room was a good size for a family room. The welcome was great. Bertie really made an effort to be genuine, smiley and happy.Would definately stay here again!
