Legendary location and shop.The shoo is quitr narrow, but its the same location as when it was founded. So super history.All sorts of tea, sine exclusivly to the shop.Some can be tasted. Very nice staff.I rarely leave without a purchase and bring it home.

I went here for a master class tea tasting and it was AMAZING. Highly recommend. The staff working in the shop above were short in their answers when asking for help. Nothing terrible but also not the friendliest.

I was very excited to visit the flagship store of my favourite tea... Travelling all the way from Australia!A huge variety of teas available, including limited edition along with the classics such as English Breakfast. There was also a tea tasting area at the back of the store.The staff were friendly and professional, and I could see them going out of their way to help customers with limited English, make the best choices for their personal tastes.Delightful store, thoroughly recommend to anyone who appreciates fine teas!

One of my favorite shop in London! Love their selection and the place is super nice! Last time I was there I tried the homemade cold tea and it was amazing! And the staff was very friendly and gave us great advices!

Twinings Tea Shop!!!Finally gave this a place a visit.I was amazed by the variety as there is Hot Chocolate, Matcha powder, Coffee beans, fancy teas which you won't find at the supermarkets, tea pots and cups etc.All at affordable prices.

Great place to get some tea. They offer tastings of any tea flavor they have in the shop. Shop assistants are friendly and patient and will answer any question you have.

I had been looking for a particular twining tea for a very long time. I got it as a sample and turned out to be my mum's favourite tea. But I could not find it anywhere online hence I decided to give a visit to this shop. Ladies in the shop were very kind and helpful, and I got my tea that basically was the same, but the design of the box was changed. I also purchased another tea. They had tea tasting inside as well. If you are looking for twining tea and they are not on other retailers shelf, just visit them. I am pretty sure that you will find it there and also they have coffees and fudges if I am not mistaken.

As a lover of Twinings' and fruit infusions, visiting here was very special. Not only is there a huge amount of tea, but the staff are very knowledgeable and there is a mini-museum at the back. Some of the gifts are very nice too! If you're staying near Covent Garden, treat yourself. Part of the Strand is now pedestrianised and much the better for it. Highly recommended.
