I went into store for the first time last weekend, looking for some walking trainers. I was only browsing as was originally intending on driving outside the city centre to a competitor. However, the team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, friendly. I will most certainly be back. Thank you - the Kendal mint cake at the counter was way too tempting too! Thank you to all.

Sarah is so lovely and patent, always says hello, which others do. As an amputee footwear is so important, I picked up the wrong size, Sarah went and got the right ones with no hesitation.Love this place, and the staff, since we lost mountain warehouse a must in Preston

Went into Nevisport today for the first time, had a great experience. The lady who helped the two of us went above and beyond, and knew what she was talking about. In the end we tried on 4-5 different shoes and the lady didn’t get frustrated or pushy. She even let us leave them behind the counter so we didn’t have to carry them around. 5 stars from me I’m gutted I didn’t get her name. Thanks.

Great experience at Nevisports Preston. A pair of walking boots were ordered in for me but sadly the size didn't fit. Upon returning them I got excellent advice from Ellie who got me in the right boots, right size, straightaway. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and Ellie managed multiple customers really well, providing information and giving individual attention without neglecting anyone. Prices are competitive, would definitely recommend.

Been looking for boots today, therefore they don't had model I want. But they had some other, mentioned to shoop employee my size to try on been ignored.Remember better customer service in previous location, as well price match options.So today Trespass 0Amazon 1 in sale of boots I wanted, saved BTW over £60 on Amazon for same boots. As I have been ignored and had so bad experience I would never recommend to shop in Trespass at fishergate in Preston, rude saler upstairs, and as well seems don't know anything about boots they sale.

Very helpful and gave me good advice.I purchased the North face windbreaker which I'd recommend for outdoor summer events with a chance of rain. Breathable and water resistant. Haven't had it long but it has been durable so far.A very satisfied customer.
