Had a routine eye check, the whole process from booking online to first walking through the door to collecting my new glasses and sunglasses was smooth and easy. This seems a very busy store and the whole team work with a polite friendly manner and with professionalism.

Excellent service and new glasses are superb. My old ones were over 2 years old and the new ones really help. especially with reading.

Staff were really helpful. I popped in to have my new glasses adjusted and it was all dealt with in a friendly manner and to my complete satisfaction.

After a thorough eye examination to get the best prescription suited to me, I quickly chose my new glasses from a large selection. They fitted me perfectly and with the full vision option they are the best glasses I’ve had for comfort, fit and clearness of sight. Won’t go anywhere else!!

Good staff and optician was great. I’ve waited two weeks for my glasses and I still don’t have them. I went to the shop to collect them on my pre-arranged appointment and was told they were not there as there was a problem at the labs. Apparently they tried to ring me once the day before. No text, no email and no call that morning before my visit. I feel this has let the store down a bit. The poor staff member who told me was very nice but I feel this aspect of Specsavers care could be much better.

My husband had broken his glasses last week. We took them into the large Opticians from which they were purchased and they were most unhelpful and told us we'd have to buy another pair (which he didn't want to do at the moment as he has a cataract growing). On the way home we called into your shop and were greeted by a very helpful lady called Jo. Within 10 minutes she had removed the lenses from the broken pair and fitted them into an identical frame that my husband was wearing (his spare pair). When we asked how much we owed, she said it was all part of the service. Specsavers you've just gained yourself a new customer! Many thanks - excellent service!
