Absolutely over the moon with Richards. All the staff were friendly, professional and above all attentive to my needs and wants. From start to finish they dealt with everything for my Dads funeral even when I was out of the country. We were not able to attend the service for a beloved relative because we live in Germany and it was not possible for us to travel at that time.But the beautiful Order of Service was forwarded to us. So we have a nice picture and something to remember.Thank you very much! Great service!

They were compassionate, expert, professional & kind throughout the whole bereavement journey from bringing my deceased father back to Wales - he died in England, through to helping me arrange the most amazing funeral service for him in Aberdare.
