This is the worst surgery ever, trying to get past a receptionist is a joke ... and there's no other surgery to change to.... sometimes you try for days to call and eventually get a moody receptionist, you have to tell them in detail your reasons for wanting a doctor, sometimes very personal reasons, just to be told 'try again tomorrow '

Absolute waste of time, can never get an appointment, waiting 3 days to hear anything back, called 111 and got an appointment for a doctor to ring me back at 2pm at my surgery, didn't get a phone call until 4pm and by that point I was at work and couldn't answer my phone.Rang again the next day and was told a note would be left for someone to ring me in the morning.

Absolutely shocking service..Cannot get an appointment..The staff on the desk think they are god...dictating who gets treatment n who doesn't.The KLINIK system is [email protected] you hear is we are soo busy but when you get an appointment ([if ya lucky) there's nee body in the waiting room..!!!!....it must be a hard life being a gp on over £100k a year...

They are not even worth 1 Star , by far the worst GP practice I have ever come across, Put a formal complaint in nearly 3 weeks ago and they haven’t even responded to that.

Worst service ever. getting a phone appointment is impossible, twice in 4 weeks no phone call. Is the system designed NOT to help patients. Apparently logging a ailment you continually suffer from is a NO GO as that puts u in a pot they will in all likelihood never respond too. ALWAYS LOG AS A NEW ISSUE even if that's not true/JUST DEADFULDo we have any other doctors in the Ashington area ?

To sue holdroyd who left a review three months ago. I had vertigo. Just woke up and staggering. I'm 70 and went hospital. Junior docs did not test neck and head right. In the end i asked to be referred to jmaps to see an elderly and falls nurse specialist as so bad. She did an epley manoeuvre. Please look it up. It's often to do with crystals dislodging in inner ear and this procedure sends them back. I had two sessions. I now believe this practice has a GP familiar with this technique. Please try again and hope you are better

After having problems with Klinik again, I rang the surgery just after 2pm today. I spoke to a lovely young lady with a wonderful manner who helped me. How refreshing to speak to someone so helpful and positive. Within a few hours another lovely Doctor rang me and sorted out my problem. Thanks to both.

I have vertigo to the point I can't sight see and go out like others. After speaking to my GP I was told it was all in my mind and to speak to a Councillor. Anyway, I went to Boots pharmacy for meds over the counter to be told it needs to be prescribed by my doctor.. this is ahocking6a d I still ha e no meds

The most incompetent doctors about. Messed my meds up 3 times , messed up with my sons diabetes needles..they to busy chatting on and forcing ya to use the app ,what doesn't work rightly either..Think its time to change doctors .my mental health worth more than the stress given from this doctors whi frankly don't care one hoot ..
