KBH Sports Therapy

I've been going to Kirsty for years now. She has a wide range of possible treatments available and the necessary knowledge to apply them as required. She is always welcoming and has helped me through many and varied exercise related issues. She has successfully treated injuries and eased tight muscles. I can wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Had a brilliant sports massage and therapy with Kirsty today. Her knowledge and skills were out of this world. Kirsty was very professional and I immediately felt the benefits from her work. I was also lucky enough to meet the 2 lovely therapy dogs that were there which was an added bonus. Already booked for another session. Would highly recommend KBH Sports Therapy to anyone.

I had my first sports massage today with Jesse and I must say she really did her job well.Sports massages are very deep and I felt every knot when she was massaging me,also she got rid of them all and all my tension aswell. I have already booked a return visit.well worth a visit.

Avoid at all costs - after using their online booking system which has limited spaces available and waiting several weeks for a slot to become available, I finally found a slot on Saturday at 10am. Upon arriving another client had arrived for the same massage therapist booked for exactly the same time slot (the client had arrived for her original appointment the previous day and was asked to come back). I had made a 40 mile round trip to visit the clinic and was told that I can't be seen that day even though I had a valid booking. I am now left with the choice of another potentially wasted 40 mile round trip to try and get a massage that I have already paid for or getting a refund (which KBH currently refuse to give me). Absolutely shocking company to deal with - save your money and go elsewhere!

I visit here every week. I see Nicola who is amazing. I am disabled and have many issues and pain problems and since I started coming here there has been a huge difference to my health and ability. Nicola is buy far the best I have seen when it comes to sports massage and would highly recommend her. She has made a huge difference to my life and my pain levels. I think that for as long as Nicola is here I will be too. I don't live locally but it's definitely worth the drive. The relief I get is huge!

Jess is a fabulous massage therapist and has worked wonders on mine and my partners various ailments. We are regular visitors and can’t recommend her enough.

After visiting numerous clinics and not getting better . I came across this clinic. Which I saw a lot of negative reviews for . I checked out the website and Instagram page and decided to gamble and see how it was. To be quite honest I was expecting there service to be quite inadequate. I was proven wrong . I was booked in with Kirsty and the consultation and treatment she provided was definitely the very best that I have had so far. I seriously cannot thank her enough . She used some machine and cupping on my back ever since I've felt no pain (touch wood). I would genuinely highly recommend this place. If you are in huge amounts of agony like I was they are magical ! Thank you Kirsty I cannot thank you enough x

Amazing service. Kirsty is very experienced and knowledgeable. My injuries have been all been treated quickly and I've been given good advice how to strengthen and prevent further problems. The pain and discomfort have had have definitely been reduced and has enabled me to return to exercise sooner.Top class, definitely recommend.

Great customer service, very nice people and pleasant to talk to. I had a sports massage with Jessie and she did a great job, so much pain and tightness was relieved within the hour. I am now a new customer and my partner will also be visiting Jessie sometime soon.
