This store has set the standard for high street opticians and turned myself, family, friends and associates away from the poor customer service of Boots and Specsavers. The staff are a credit to your company and really demonstrate how a little friendliness and patience goes a long way. Keep up the great work.

With never having an eye test in my adult life I was rather apprehensive, but my nerves was settled upon arrival and was greeted by a Customer Service Advisor called Elliot. His careful explanation of each process and the justification behind each step was very reassuring. I was really impressed with the whole process, which took around 30 minutes. Elliot shared his knowledge on what frame to get. Fantastic service, and very happy with todays journey.

I visited the new oscott store today and I had an accident,when I went to sit on the stool in the pre eye test room the stool which had wheels slid from behind me and I ended up on my bottom, the operative was apologetic but at no stage did she offer to note the accident in a Hand S accident book, then after the pre eye test she replaced the stool with a fixed leg one. The room is too small to carry out such a function and I'm sure it doesn't comply with H&S guidelines.RegardsChristopher O'MearaOne disgruntled customer

It is most definitely the staff that makes this branch 5 stars.Although I have had my eyes tested numerous times, this was my first time using this branch and they talked me through every step of the way. They also kept me informed about my lenses and glasses and made the whole process painless. In fact I received my trial lenses, my new glasses and new contact lenses delivered within an impressive time. The service is so good I decided to sign up to monthly contact lenses as I usually go online to order them.It’s a shame the branch is so cramped and a bit dated. I think the girls give such good service the branch let’s the experience down.

I usually just get my prescription glasses from here, but for the first time required prescription sunglasses. Great value, great service, and received within 5 days from start to finish. Shout out to Sarah, Steph and Carol who work there and were helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly patient.

The optician was first class and so was front desk. Not a lot to say really apart from thank you. The prices of their varifocal glasses are quite pricey which is out of the employees control. I ordered one pair of glasses and they were over £320, but they gave £50 discount for spending over £200. Staff were great.
