The Oak Cross Grave Marker I purchased from J G Fielder arrived promptly, very well packaged and looks well made.

I do not normally comment via reviews ect. But I feel that I should make an exception to let people know how professional,caring and considerate Fielder's were at this sad time,John Tattersal was my main contact he was absolutely fantastic .The funeral proceedings went smoothly nothing was too much trouble.Extremely gratefulThankyou so much

Our Aunt died recently and we rang Fielder and Son as the reviews were good and this was definitely the right move for us.Simon Aston too charge of our Aunt's funeral and nothing was too much trouble. He took us through every aspect of the funeral ensuring we were well informed of what we needed to put in place and how to go about it.Simon kept in touch with us regularly up-dating us at every stage as we put everything in place. On the day everything ran perfectly and again the staff were so helpful and made this difficult time for us easier to deal with. NOTHING was too much trouble and the support was appreciated greatly by the family.Our celebrant Gill Taylor who was recommended to us by Simonwas amazing from the moment we met her. She put us at ease giving us help to ensure our Aunts service was one we will remember as a lovely Good bye" and that we had done her proud. On behalf of all the people who watched Chris Fielder's fine live streaming and the subsequent video of the funeral of my Cousin Dorothy, thank you so much for your professionalism and courtesy. Many people have said how much it made up for not being able to be with us at the funeral in York, others who were there have used it revisit their experience, sad though it was. As someone who worked in the TV business for many years I recognised your high production values.

From the moment I contacted J G Fielders they were brilliant. Simon dealt with every aspect of the arrangements with such professionalism but also was so caring and compassionate after we lost my dad. He always asked how my mum was coping and if we needed anything. In what was and still is a truly traumatic time I could not have asked for more. Simon and Helen are a credit to Fielders and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
