Ordered on Friday, sent on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Friendly, knowledgeable folk who answered all queries. Coat is great and at a cheaper price than anywhere else. Couldn't be happier and will order again in the future.

Firstly these guys are far better value then anyone else for Barbour jackets !!For example my strathyre was £239 from Barbour abs I got it for £139 which is frankly awesome!!Then I accidentally order the wrong size I have to say there customer service is excellent and I have to sincerely thank Darren and the team who were just brilliant getting my right size.If you want a Barbour get it from these guys you can go wrong !! After-sales is second to none. After 7 months had an issue with my Barbour Gillet. Sent an e-mail with photos. E-mail from Darren same day with prepaid label for me to return so they could inspect.Within 48 hours e-mail from Darren asking if I wanted a replacement or refund.Asked for replacement. Replacement was received within 48 hour.Excellent service. Thank you to Darren and the Team.

I have never felt cause to write a review of a clothing retailer, until now. Allweathers have been brilliant. You never really know how good a retailer is until there is a problem, and it is how they tackle that that matters. I bought a jacket and decided to return it because of a very minor imperfection. These things happen. I emailed Allweathers and they were immediately responsive and very courteous. They paid for return postage, processing this very quickly. They exchanged the item without any quibble and were responsive and quick throughout. I have received a replacement item which I am very happy with indeed. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

My experience is based on ordering through their website as I didn't have the luxury to visit the shop physically. Excellent customer service! I ordered a couple of hats and a Barbour wax jacket and received them in perfect condition. The jacket picked was a bit tricky to size correctly, but Darren from the store was super helpful in providing detailed information and, more importantly, honest advice on the size and fit. The prices are good and their customer service top-notch. I will be shopping with them again and a definite recommendation from me.

I was on the hunt for a Barbour jacket, Allweathers had the best price but I was sceptical it would be genuine. Read lots of positive reviews so went for it. Jacket arrived the next day and is absolutely perfect...honestly one of the best online shopping experiences I've had.

Ordered a shirt from this company, shirt was too small (my mistake) spoke to a gentleman who couldn’t have been more helpful. Returned the shirt on Monday, replacement arrived 2 days later, fantastic service. Now if every company operated like that, life would be so much better.

Found this company to be exceptional. In customer service Bought 2 Barbour jackets from them. the company contacted me next day to advise on sizes which proved to be perfect I had to return 1 jacket as I required extra room for thick sweater underneath. all this with no problems and very quick returns can’t rate highly enough. Service is second to none. I have asked advice about Barbour products, and they are extremely helpful, ordered something during the Xmas rush and ordered some more Barbour items again only recently and their pricing, and service delivery is first class, never any different. If they are stockists, I would go nowhere else only Allweathers.
