So far so good! Enquired about the inside of a car and had Andy Telford send me a video over. Absolutely amazing service, went in same day to test drive the car and we were sorted in a couple of days. Andy did his very best to make things make sense for me as a first car buyer, 100% 5* for him and the team who helped with taking my many phone calls!Car goes well and I have no issues with it so far, cracking car ans cracking team, thanks guys!

Shocking service. Got pulled over by the police as I had no MOT with the car that I bought off Peter Vardy. I was confused because I’d just bought the car six months ago or so. Turns out they sold me a car without a years MOT and didn’t tell me. I have never heard of not selling a car with a full MOT, it is such a cheap cheap move, but to not make you aware at all is just cheating. Three of us were there listening during the paperwork and I can guarantee we were not informed. A years MOT is so standard even cars sold on Facebook have it.In addition, the car had a number of faults. I had it for a month and a gap appeared where part of the panelling had been stuck back on with white mastic - I’m the only one that drives it. Now it’s frosty the car immediately stopped working. Turns out it’s a faulty cell in the battery and the battery isn’t an original. It’s like the car has been cobbled together and sold at a trumped up price.I bought from Peter Vardy as I thought it guaranteed a standard - IT DOES NOT.In addition, I phoned up to seek support from Peter Vardy and was pretty much just told ‘you should have known’. So well, now I know! If you have a problem Peter Vardy will leave you high and dry.

I went in to Carz today just to have a look, as I have had my Clio for ten years and needed something a bit newer. Kenny was brilliant. He really listened to my needs and showed me a fantastic Clio that ticked all my boxes. I really didn’t expect to walk out of there today with a new car, but Kenny made the whole process so easy from start to finish and wasn’t even remotely pushy. He is a credit to the company and I have no hesitation in recommending his service to anyone reading this review.
