No point dealing with this company they do not value your custom regardless of spend the area managers are ignorant the branch managers are spineless and their credit control is laughable considering they are not registered with fca also the warranty on all parts is pointless as they will weasel out of any refunds stating that parts fitted incorrectly after 30 years experience in the job from people who dont even know what a spanner is the company is a joke and way overpriced compare to other local genuine motorfactors that bend over backwards to accomodate

Disgusting company. Struggling throughout a pandemic but kept them upto date I’m not the only one as there are businesses struggling everywhere and no support offered just a court hearing absolute joke. I strongly urge to avoid.

Company is an absolute JOKE. get threatened by there staff, sworn at down the phone, and threats of violence. Will be taking this matter further.

Paid a debt in full - 4 months later trying to recover costs of £700 saying even though I’ve paid the debt months ago they want to try adding extras on. What a joke.

I have been dealing with my local parts supplier, Frenco's for 40 years, they where taken over by alliance automotive , I always got a phone call when I needed to pay my bill and I always paid , would run into hundreds of thousands if i could add it all up.. I have had a little health issue and missed the calls so I became a late payer and the payment went from £175 to £1145 !! , over £700 fees for writing to me ! I managed to get it reduced by £500 , I have of course closed my account and will be certain never to buy from them again, another example of the decline in local community and companies getting to big , treating people like s---- They used the legislation that allows companies to charge interest [ amounts to next to nothing] and £40 for each unpaid invoice [ acceptable] and reasonable fees for the recovery of the debt , in a sector where we get the hourly rates we work hard for it's an absolute disgrace that someone writing the legislation though it was OK for a garage to be stiffed with fees that must equate to in excess of £1000 per hour !!
