Having had a few jobs in my life I can honestly say this is the best place I've worked for. I've been here for two years and find the environment so friendly and caring a great place to work.

Recently moved to MSA afer a bad experience with another care company. I was amazed at how much the girls did without having to be asked. Right from the first day they loaded my toothbrush first job .They put my big shop from Morrisons away every Tuesday which I order online. If they've got time they'll stop for a chat. I have 4 calls a daay any day and all the girls know what tablets to give ne at what time. I would definitely recommend MSA to anyone seeking care.

I am Sixth Form student from Blue Coat Cofe Academy. I previously completed my work experience of 2 weeks here at MSA Care Services. I am very privileged to have had that valuable experience in the administration office. All senior staff were very welcoming and played a huge part to why I enjoyed my work experience. I was treated as an equal and allowed to help in so many ways. I am really glad to have had this experience and hope to take these key skills I learnt with me. Perfect company for providing care

It was a lovely place

My mother has been having care for a while from MSA and I have to stay they are the best agency we've had. The girls who care for my Mom are lovely, friendly and professional and put Mom at ease, she looks forward to their visits. Also, spoke with the manager Nazia to get some advice who went out of her way to help even though it wasn't directly related to Mom's care. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!
